Infineon Delegate To ETSI Smart Card Platform - Plenary & Requirement Group at ETSI

Christian Schneckenburger is a highly experienced professional in IoT security and connectivity, currently serving as the Lead Principal at Infineon Technologies since August 2006. In this role, Christian acts as the Lead System Architect for Cellular Connectivity Products. Previous positions include Technical Marketing Manager, focusing on secure mobile communication and M2M applications, and Senior Staff Concept Engineer, responsible for product definition and high-speed interface implementation. Additionally, Christian represents Infineon in various standardization groups, including ETSI and GSMA, and has been influential in extending security use cases in automotive environments. Early career experiences include roles in tool development and project management for microcontrollers and contactless terminal ICs. Christian holds a Master of Engineering degree in Micromechanics and Electronics from Aalen University and has completed an internship in Computer Science at Université Grenoble Alpes.
