Aradhana Binani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, particularly within the e-commerce sector. Currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Manager for International Markets at Etsy since July 2018, Aradhana has successfully led initiatives to grow the seller base in India and has played critical roles in strategic program management and special projects. Prior to Etsy, Aradhana co-founded an art merchandise and lifestyle brand, Arika.in, and founded Novate, focusing on enhancing customer experiences in the restaurant industry through technology.
