Quinn Haslinger

Quinn Haslinger is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with considerable experience across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of BPO Learning & Development at Etsy since March 2023, Quinn focuses on enabling over 1000 agents to enhance customer experiences while leveraging performance data for continuous improvement. Previously, as Director of Learning and Development at ProMedica from October 2021 to March 2023, Quinn developed impactful leadership programs aimed at workforce capability enhancement. At Root LLC, a part of Accenture, from February 2010 to October 2021, Quinn held multiple roles, including Head of Learning and Development, where strategic direction and human-centered design were key focuses. Notably, early career experience includes work as a Chemistry Document Specialist at NAMSA, supporting quality assurance in medical devices. Quinn earned a BA in Scientific and Technical Communication from Bowling Green State University.
