Carsten Vendelbo Andersen

Carsten Vendelbo Andersen has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Carsten Vendelbo has recently worked as the Director of Product Development at Etteplan since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at MetriCorr from May 2020 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overall administration, management, quality system, and product development. Carsten also worked at Widex as the Interim Director of Software Development from May 2019 to March 2020, where they led a global SW Test department and contributed to the development of a cloud-based fitting platform. Before that, Carsten held positions such as Director of Global Software Engineering at Microsemi Corporation and Factory Manager at Poul Johansen Maskiner. Carsten Vendelbo has also worked as an Interim Manager at Denka Lift ApS and held various managerial positions at Tellabs Denmark, including Sr. Manager Engineering/Department Manager, Department Manager SW, Test, Product Launch and Customer Support, and Program Owner/Project Manager. Carsten brings with him a wealth of experience in operations and project management, software development, and leadership.

Carsten Vendelbo Andersen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronic/SW Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, which they obtained in 1992. Carsten Vendelbo further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Technology from the same university, graduating in 2000.
