Juha Nieminen

Juha Nieminen has extensive work experience in various roles at different companies. Juha started their career as a Project Manager at KONE in 1989, where they worked until 1999. After that, they joined Etteplan Design Center Oy as a Department Manager, responsible for project and line management, service development, and HR activities. Juha was also a member of the Company Management Team. In 2005, they moved to Etteplan Oyj as an Account Manager. From 2008 onwards, they have been working at Etteplan, initially as a Senior Consultant and later as a Director, responsible for Service Development, Service Product & Portfolio Management, and Business Process Management. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operating Model Development at Etteplan, while also continuing to work in advisory services, process consulting, and asset management.

Juha Nieminen completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Oulun Teknillinen Oppilaitos from 1985 to 1989.
