Tomasz Badowski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tomasz started their career as a Software Engineer at ZPUA - Zaklad Produkcji Urzadzen Automatyki in 1998. Tomasz then worked as a Software Design Engineer and later as a Project Manager at S3 Group from 2000 to 2012, where they were responsible for managing interdisciplinary projects and providing technical sales support. In 2012, they joined Espotel as a Development Manager, Account Manager, and Certified Functional Safety Professional. During their time there, they focused on the financial performance of the R&D department, business development, and enlarging the scope of services provided by the company. In 2016, Badowski moved to intive - never settle as a Key Account Manager and later as a Sales Director, where they managed key and mega accounts, handled sales processes, and developed new business opportunities. Since 2018, they have been working at Etteplan, starting as a Sales Director and later as the Head of Sales, Embedded BU. In their most recent role, they serve as the Sales Director / SES Poland Team Manager, responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring team success.
Tomasz Badowski received a M.Sc. degree in Electronics from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Radio and TV specialization from Technikum Radiotechniczne im. Wilhelma Rotkiewicza w Dzierżoniowie in 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Customer Centric Selling program in 2016 and the Sandler Selling System program in 2013. Tomasz also holds a certification as a Certified TUV SUD Functional Safety Professional (IEC 61508:2010) from Risknowlogy, obtained in 2014.
