Donna Flatt

Donna Flatt served as the President of ETTL Engineers and Consultants starting in January 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of RN at SIMS Hospital in the College of Nursing at the University of Texas at Tyler.

Donna Flatt obtained their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2010. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's degree in Business from Texas A&M University between 1979 and 1983.
