Katie Laidlaw

Katie Laidlaw is an experienced business leader currently serving as CEO of ETU since August 2022 and as Managing Director at Mission Springs Ventures since October 2019. Previously, Katie contributed as a Founding Board Member at IDinsight from 2011 to 2022 and worked in business development and operations at Palantir Technologies from 2012 to 2018. Additional roles include consulting at The Boston Consulting Group from 2010 to 2012 and volunteering in Nigeria and Tanzania with TechnoServe in 2010 and 2009, respectively. Earlier career highlights include positions at American Express as a Senior Manager and at The Parthenon Group and Inspire Inc. as a Senior Associate and Executive Director, respectively. Katie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and has also studied at Harvard Kennedy School and Duke University, where a BA was earned.
