Jan Bocken is a Managing Partner and Head of the Eubelius Competition Practice, focusing on European Union law, particularly competition law and State aid. Additionally, Jan serves as a Teaching Assistant at Ghent University and was formerly the Honorary Consul General of the Netherlands in Ghent. Jan holds a Master of Laws in European Law from Lund University and a Master in Law with a specialization in EU Law from Ghent University.
