Joris De Wolf is a Partner at Eubelius, specializing in corporate and financial law, particularly in public acquisitions and the obligations of listed companies, while also assisting clients with public takeover bids and securities offerings since September 2010. Additionally, Joris holds a part-time position as a Guest Lecturer at KU Leuven Law School, teaching on topics related to listed entities, corporate governance, financial law, and public M&A practice, and previously served as a Teaching Assistant at KU Leuven and UHasselt Law School. Joris has also gained experience as an Interim Legal Counsel at UCB and as a Summer Trainee at Eubelius. Educational background includes a Master’s in Law with a focus on Economic Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Master’s in Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
