Prior to this role, Pieter worked as an Advisor on Intellectual Property and Trade Practices at the Cabinet of the Belgian federal Minister for Economy from May 2008 to November 2010. Pieter's educational background includes a Master in Law from KU Leuven, a DES in economic law from ULB Brussels, and a Bachelor of Law from KULAK Kortrijk, complemented by attendance at Duke University School of Law.
