Justin Teo

Justin Teo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and international expansion. Currently serving as General Manager for Japan at Eucalyptus, responsibilities include overseeing HR, talent, finance, and leadership operations, while successfully scaling the patient base from 4,000 to 40,000 and the team from 50 to 150 within a year. Justin has a track record of launching Juniper, an obesity management service, in both Japan and Germany, demonstrating expertise in sourcing, contracting, and localizing products. Previous roles include Consultant at Bain & Company and various positions at UNSW, where Justin built a robust People & Talent function and contributed to strategic business initiatives. Justin holds dual degrees in Law and Commerce from UNSW, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Babson College.
