Emma Gawronski

Emma Gawronski is a Paralegal at Euclid Transactional. She works on the Counsel team and is responsible for reviewing confidentiality agreements, access letters, non-reliance letters, and other legal documents crucial to initiating the underwriting process. Prior to joining the team, Emma spent two years working at a small family and matrimonial law firm as a paralegal/administrative assistant. She graduated with a B.A. from Connecticut College.
