Tziporah Pill

Tziporah Pill is Counsel with Euclid Transactional in New York City. As part of the Counsel Team, Tziporah is primarily responsible for drafting and negotiating Euclid’s policies, as well as overseeing and reviewing various confidentiality agreements and legal documents critical to Euclid’s participation in the M&A deal process. Prior to joining the team, Tziporah practiced at a litigation firm in New York City handling insurance coverage suits on behalf of policyholders. Tziporah’s background includes thorough research, review, and drafting of many legal documents, agreements, licenses, and other complex legal documents. Tziporah graduated with a B.A. from CUNY Queens College and holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
