Vikash Dodani is an Associate at Euclid Transactional, based in the New York office. In this role, he is responsible for analyzing initial M&A transactions, evaluating transactional risk, communicating to clients initial indications for Representations and Warranties Insurance, and working closely with underwriters and counsel throughout the underwriting process.
