Kyle Williams is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Police Sergeant at the Eugene Police Department since October 2004. With a background that includes supervising patrol teams and a focus on policy and accreditation, Kyle has dedicated five years to the role of Professional Standards Sergeant, managing policy updates and accreditation processes. Prior experience includes full-time assignments in Patrol and as a School Resource Officer, as well as roles on the Crowd Control Bike Team and as a Crisis Negotiator. Additionally, Kyle holds the position of Vice President at the Law Enforcement Drone Association since January 2020, where efforts are focused on creating training opportunities and standards for law enforcement drone operations. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Northwest Christian University during 2008-2010.
