Bill Hough

Bill Hough is an experienced energy management professional currently serving as a Customer Solutions Specialist at Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) since February 2020. In this role, Bill focuses on energy efficiency for commercial clients, managing customer relations and implementing facility upgrades. Previously, Bill worked as an Energy Management Specialist at ICF International from August 2014 to February 2020 and held an Energy Analyst Intern position at EWEB in 2013-2014. Bill holds an Energy Management degree from Lane Community College, attended from 2012 to 2014, and studied at Montana State University-Bozeman from 2001 to 2003.
