David Richey

David Richey is a Geographic Information Systems Analyst II at Eugene Water & Electric Board since July 2022, focusing on GIS support for water quality and source protection. Prior to this role, Richey owned Land Craft Design & Consultation LLC from December 2019 to January 2023, offering geospatial services in the Southern Willamette Valley and Western Oregon. Richey also served as GIS Program Manager at Lane Council of Governments from December 2004 to December 2019, overseeing enterprise partner services and diverse projects in urban planning and public health. Additional experience includes roles as a Pro Tem Instructor at the University of Oregon and various GIS positions at Satre Associates. Richey holds a Master of Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon, as well as a BA in Biology from Oberlin College.
