Julie McGaughey

Julie McGaughey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and sales management. As the Chief Customer Officer at Eugene Water & Electric Board since November 2017, Julie has focused on enhancing customer experience. Prior to EWEB, Julie held the position of Director for the Americas Sales Contact Center and SMB Sales at Veritas Technologies LLC from October 2015 to May 2016. Julie's career at Symantec spanned from July 1995 to October 2015, where roles included Director of the Americas Sales Contact Center and Customer Care, Director of Partner Programs and Lead Management, and Supervisor of Customer Service, among others. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University and has further education from the University of Technology Sydney.
