Kelly E. Hoell

Kelly E. Hoell is an experienced climate policy analyst and advisor currently working at Eugene Water & Electric Board since May 2022. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Lane Transit District from June 2016 to April 2022, where various positions were held, including Sustainability Program Manager and Senior Transit Development Planner. Additional consulting work included significant sustainability projects for organizations such as Hummingbird Wholesale, Fresherized Foods, and Pacific Natural Foods through Good Company, as well as board membership with the Sustainable Food Trade Association. Academic contributions were made as an adjunct instructor at the University of Oregon, focusing on real-world applications of sustainability concepts. Kelly holds an MBA with an emphasis in Executive Leadership from Oregon State University and a BA with honors in Environmental Science from the University of Denver.
