Scott Gillespie

Scott Gillespie is a Senior Civil Engineer at the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB), a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Scott served as a Civil Engineer for the City of Eugene from June 2012 to October 2021 and worked as a Project Engineer for the City of Bend between August 2004 and May 2012. Earlier in the career, Scott gained experience as a Civil Designer at Tye Engineering and Surveying from January 2003 to August 2004. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Humboldt State University, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
