Human Resources Generalist at Eugenus

Rachele Giusiana has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Rachele started as a Senior HR Generalist at San Juan Oaks Golf Club & Restaurant in 2015, where they administered HR policies and programs, collected and analyzed employee data, and provided guidance for employee relations issues. In 2017, they joined Lux Bus America as a Human Resources and Recruiting Specialist, where they executed the recruitment process, oversaw onboarding and employee training, and played a role in benefits administration. Rachele then moved on to Plug and Play Tech Center in 2018 as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for planning, implementing, and directing HR initiatives, maintaining compliance with HR requirements, and overseeing payroll processing. At De Anza College, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a field of study in Liberal Arts: Social & Behavioral Science Emphasis.
