Rachele Giusiana

Rachele Giusiana has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Rachele started as a Senior HR Generalist at San Juan Oaks Golf Club & Restaurant in 2015, where they administered HR policies and programs, collected and analyzed employee data, and provided guidance for employee relations issues. In 2017, they joined Lux Bus America as a Human Resources and Recruiting Specialist, where they executed the recruitment process, oversaw onboarding and employee training, and played a role in benefits administration. Rachele then moved on to Plug and Play Tech Center in 2018 as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for planning, implementing, and directing HR initiatives, maintaining compliance with HR requirements, and overseeing payroll processing. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Eugenus, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, where their responsibilities include payroll processing, research on employee relations issues, and participation in compliance audits.

Rachele Giusiana completed their high school education at Monte Vista Christian High School from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a Diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Following high school, they attended De Anza College, although the start and end years of their enrollment are not provided. At De Anza College, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a field of study in Liberal Arts: Social & Behavioral Science Emphasis.

In addition to their formal education, Rachele Giusiana has obtained various certifications related to project management, recruiting, human resources, and workplace diversity and inclusion. Rachele completed the Google Project Management: Specialization certification through Coursera in April 2023. Rachele also obtained the Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters certification from LinkedIn in February 2023.

Furthermore, Rachele Giusiana has acquired several certifications through LinkedIn. Additionally, they obtained the Veterans At Work certification by SHRM Foundation in September 2019, focusing on supporting the inclusion of veterans in the workforce.
