Harika Namburi

Harika Namburi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in a corporate HR role at Eugia Pharma Specialties Ltd since October 2022. Prior to this, Harika worked at Aurobindo Pharma as a Manager, focusing on employee engagement and talent development from October 2020 to October 2022, and as an Assistant Manager HR from July 2015 to October 2018, where critical staffing and talent acquisition strategies were implemented. Earlier roles include HR Talent Acquisition at Makro from July 2012 to May 2015 and HR Executive at Hucon Solutions from August 2009 to December 2011. Harika's educational background includes an Executive Development program in Talent Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Hyderabad, an MSc in Biotechnology from Bangalore University, and a B.Sc. in Science from Sri Krishnadevaraya University.
