Tara Hidayat

Tara Hidayat is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Samudera Indonesia since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Human Resources at PT Jakarta International Container Terminal and Director of Organization & Talent Development at PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. Additionally, Tara has worked in various leadership positions, including Deputy IV for Strategic Initiatives & International Relations at the President's Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight, Senior Client Partner and Country Head for Indonesia at Korn/Ferry International, Partner and Country Leader for Indonesia at IBM Global Business Services, and Associate Partner in Financial Services at Accenture. Tara holds a degree in Management with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of Indonesia.
