Linda Smith

Linda Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Linda has served as the Head of HR for Allianz Trade UK & Ireland since 2014, where they support and advises the CEO, senior management team, and managers on HR policies, procedures, and systems. Linda'sresponsibilities include driving organizational transformation, attracting and developing top performers, and defining HR strategy based on the company's goals.

Prior to their current role, Linda worked as an HR Director for Quest Diagnostics from 2004 to 2014, where they managed a team of seven and provided HR support to 700 Clinical Trials employees across multiple countries. Linda also held the position of HR Manager, Europe at Quest Diagnostics from 2000 to 2004, where they supported 300 employees and facilitated organizational change, advised on employment law, and developed HR processes and policies.

Before joining Quest Diagnostics, Linda worked at SmithKline Beecham and held various HR roles from 1996 to 2000. Linda also served as a Personnel Administration Assistant at Astra Zeneca in 1995 and worked as an Account Executive at Electrolux in 1994.

Linda Smith obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a BSc in Ecology & Geography from The University of Sheffield from 1989 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Linda also holds a certification in MBTI from The Myer Briggs Company (formerly OPP).
