Gina van der Pauw

Gina van der Pauw is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of HR for the UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg at DLA Piper since October 2020, Gina previously held multiple positions at Balfour Beatty plc from April 2015 to October 2020, including Head of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes a Senior HR Advisor role at Petrofac and various HR positions at QinetiQ, where Gina collaborated closely with leadership teams to implement HR strategies and provide commercial solutions. Gina's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kingston University and a Foundation qualification in Coaching from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
