Kelsey Wooley

Kelsey Wooley is currently the Director of North American Operations at EULITHA AG, specializing in advanced application support for UV and DUV displacement Talbot lithography, strategic business development, and global partnerships. Previously, Kelsey served as Engineering Manager for Lithography at Meta, focusing on augmenting reality waveguides, and as an R&D Process Engineer at Oculus VR, where responsibilities included process ownership for advanced lithography tools. Earlier roles included positions at Xenon Arc and IM Flash Technologies, where Kelsey led key projects in chemical management and photolithography processes. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University and is recognized as an ambassador for Women in Waveguides.
