Carlos Mas

Carlos Mas has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Carlos began their career in 2002 as a Project Engineer at SENER, where they worked on major programs such as SEOSAT-INGENIO and PROBA-3. At SENER, they held roles as a Payload System Engineer, Primary Payload Electronics Responsible, Subcontract/Technical Manager, and Platform SW System Engineer.

In 2014, Carlos joined CGI España as an EPS-SG Technical Requirements Coordinator at EUMETSAT. Carlos stayed with CGI España until 2016 and then moved to CS Communication & Systèmes, where they served as an EPS-SG End-to-End Instrument Chains Performance Engineer at EUMETSAT from 2016 to 2018.

Since 2018, Carlos has been working at EUMETSAT directly as an EPS-SG Instrument Chains Engineer.

Carlos Mas attended the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1996 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero Superior (MsC) de Telecomunicaciones with a specialization in Comunicaciones/Bioingeniería. In June 2021, they also obtained the certification of Certified Systems Engineer (GfSE) Level B from the institution GfSE.
