Christelle P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christelle started their career at Schloss Gymanium as an Assistant, providing support to French teachers. Christelle then moved on to Institut Français, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant, focusing on accounting. Christelle also worked at Industrie Consult International as an Assistant, specializing in company mergers and acquisitions.

In 1999, Christelle joined Merck KGaA as a Corporate Auditor. Christelle later became the Acquisitions' and Subsidiaries' Controller, leading the reorganization of corporate structures and managing two demerger projects. Christelle'sresponsibilities included creating reporting and legal structures, evaluating companies subject to transfer, and elaborating the company's future business plan.

In 2003, Christelle joined Merck CHC Holding GmbH as the Division's Controller. Christelle handled controlling and finance for 14 European and 8 Asian countries, overseeing investments, product launches, and potential company acquisitions. Christelle also played a key role in creating evaluation tools, transfer pricing guidelines, and reviewing and closing various agreements.

Since 2006, Christelle has been working as the Lead Project Controller at EUMETSAT European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites. Christelle focuses on improving the end-to-end human resource process for two departments within the organization. Christelle'sresponsibilities include coordinating projects and services, managing timelines, and serving multiple internal customers.

Christelle P. completed their A-levels in General and Economics at Lycée international de Sèvres from 1987 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a degree in Marketing and International Trade at Institut Universitaire de Technologie Université Paris XI, graduating in 1992 with a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie. Subsequently, they attended the University of Essen from 1992 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Finance and Audit, known as Diplom-Kauffrau.
