Cleber Balan

Cleber Balan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Cleber first worked as a Web Developer at Mútua dos Pescadores, CRL from January 2004 to December 2004. Cleber then joined Grupo VivaMais, SA as an Analyst/Programmer in August 2003 and stayed until September 2005. During this time, Cleber was responsible for developing and maintaining various applications specific to the business area of the company, leading to the optimization and cost reduction in human resources.

In 2005, Cleber worked as a Consultant at Methodus, where they contributed to the development and support of the "FundManager" project, which enabled real estate fund management in the business area.

From 2006 to 2010, Cleber worked as a Software Engineer at Edisoft, contributing to software development tasks.

In 2011, they joined Grupo VivaMais, SA again, this time as a Coordination & Developer. Cleber held this role until March 2012.

Cleber joined EUMETSAT in March 2012 as a Consultant until December 2015. From January 2016 onwards, they took on the role of SAF Process and Management Support Engineer at the same company.

Cleber Balan completed their Undergraduate degree in Computer Science at the University of Lisbon from 1998 to 2003.
