Niklas Jordan is an accomplished Earth Observation Engineer and Team Lead currently working at EUMETSAT and Innoflair since October 2021. With a foundational background as a UI Designer at AO Design and as a Front End Developer at büro v.i.p., Niklas has also played significant roles in product management and user experience at MANDARIN MEDIEN. As a proactive entrepreneur, Niklas founded OpenSpaceData.org to democratize access to Earth observation imagery and leads DisasterTech, a global community focused on developing sustainable technologies for crisis situations. Additionally, Niklas has provided consulting services in Earth observation as a freelancer from 2019 to 2023, while pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from The Open University, set to complete in 2024.
