Haddy Lee has worked for a variety of companies since 2016. In that year, they were an Administrative Assistant for UCSB Summer Sessions. In 2017, they were a Teacher's Assistant for UCSB Children's Center. In 2018, they were a Private Tutor for Global LT, Inc., and an English Foreign Language Teacher for New Concept Schools. In 2019, they were a Standardized Testing Instructor for Top League Education and an English Language Instructor for Young Scholar's Institute. In 2020, they were an Associate Teacher for Yavneh Hebrew Academy. In 2021, they were a Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager for 3C | Coast to Coast Cannabis. Currently in 2022, they are a Community Manager and Content Creator for euphor.ai Inc. and a Marketing Manager, Brand Ambassador, and Stylist for Ostara Jewelry.

Haddy Lee attended the University of California, Santa Barbara from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies. In 2016, they also studied at Peking University.
