Aleš Ukmar

Ale Quintero is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023, Quintero previously held positions including Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together from April 2021 to June 2023, where contributions focused on innovating health and human services, and Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, enhancing health insurance strategies from March 2019 to April 2021. As Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc. from February 2018 to February 2019 and a Freelance Designer from December 2011 to February 2018, Quintero specialized in developing brand experiences for startups. Co-founding The Handsome Pig between January 2014 and January 2016, Quintero was instrumental in shaping the product concept and business strategy. Previous experience includes designing for clients like Universal Music Group and Starbucks at Rehilete Estudio Creativo, developing brand strategies for ecotourism at Fundacion Comunitaria Oaxaca, and serving as a Junior Designer at Decofuego Chimeneas. Ale Quintero earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México in 2012.
