Laura Steenman

Laura Steenman currently serves as the Head of HR Operations at Eurail since May 2024. Previously, Laura was the International HR Project Lead and HR Business Partner at Novamedia/Postcode Lottery Group from January 2021 to May 2024, contributing to the company's mission to create social impact. Additional experience includes roles such as HR Business Partner at Nationale Postcode Loterij, HR Manager International at Five Guys International, and various HR positions at Rvdb and Intertrust Group. Laura's educational background includes Master’s Degrees in Business Administration (Leadership and Management) and Applied Cognitive Psychology, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
