Anna Deambrosis is an experienced professional in change management and insurance, currently serving as the Head of Group Change Management at Reale Mutua Assicurazioni since January 2024. Anna has been a member of the Group Management Committee and Head of Change Management at Reale Group since February 2021. Additionally, Anna holds the position of HRG Delegate for Reale Group in the Eurapco alliance. Prior to these roles, Anna was the Chief Executive Officer at Blue Assistance from April 2015 to February 2021 and has had a longstanding career at Reale Mutua Assicurazioni, where responsibilities included Welfare Director and various leadership positions in the life department. Anna holds a Master ILA from ISTUD Business School and a Laurea in Mathematics from Università degli Studi di Torino.
