Hector Sanchez Flores

Hector Sanchez Flores has extensive experience in the insurance and engineering sectors, serving as the Head of Building and Engineering Insurance and Construction Insurance departments at CASER since March 2011. Additionally, Hector has been involved with Eurapco since February 2012, representing both the Risk Engineering Managers and Cyber Risks subgroups, and serving as Chair of the Cyber Risks subgroup. Previous roles include Head of the Technical Department and Central Zone Regional Manager at Certum from April 2007 to March 2011, and Technical Director/Central Zone Regional Manager at QUALIBERICA, S.L. from April 2000 to March 2007. Early career positions include Civil Engineer at TUBERÍAS Y PREFABRICADOS, S.A. and ISOLUX CORSAN, as well as a Technical Assistant at Ferrovial. Education includes a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master's degree in International Companies and Public Policies from École des Ponts Paris Tech. Currently, Hector is pursuing Arabic language studies at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
