Evgeny Vinokurov

Chief Economist at Eurasian Development Bank

Evgeny Vinokurov has extensive work experience in the field of economics and development. Evgeny currently serves as the Chief Economist at the Eurasian Development Bank, where they are responsible for conducting research and publishing on various economic topics. Evgeny has also established the Centre for Infrastructure Research. Additionally, they hold the position of Chief Economist at the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development, where they maintain close dialogue with government bodies and oversees the implementation of structural reforms.

Simultaneously, they also pursued a Habilitation (Doktor nauk) in Economics from the Institute for World Economy and International Relations, Moscow, from 2002 to 2008. In the future, they are set to pursue a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2023.
