Vladimir Pereboev

Vladimir Pereboev is currently the Head of Projects at the Centre for Integration Studies at Eurasian Development Bank since July 2012. Vladimir is also the Eurasian Programs Director and co-founder of the organization at The Center for Support and Development of Public Initiatives “Creative Diplomacy” since July 2010. Prior to this, Vladimir was a Pricing Manager at Orange Business Services from October 2006 to June 2012, and held various positions at SEIKO EPSON Corporation (Moscow Representative Office of Epson Europe B.V.) from March 2005 to May 2008. Vladimir holds a PhD in political science from the National Research University "Higher School of Economics" and a degree in International Relations with additional qualification as "Interpreter-reviewer" from Moscow Institute of Humanities and Economy.
