Ardak Nurazkhanov

Ardak Nurazkhanov is an experienced professional in project management and finance, currently serving as the Director General at ERG Capital Projects within Eurasian Resources Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ardak held various positions at McKinsey & Company from March 2014 to September 2021, progressing from Associate to Partner, and also served as Director General at Caspian Offshore Construction from September 2008 to September 2013. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at Казцинк/Kazzinc, where Ardak worked as a Technical Interpreter and Major Capital Projects Controller from September 2000 to February 2007. Ardak holds a Master's degree in Finance from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Economics from East Kazakhstan State Technical University.
