Konstantin Karabadzhak

Konstantin Karabadzhak is an experienced executive in the fields of strategy, finance, and leadership within the metals, mining, and oil & gas industries. Currently serving as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Eurasian Resources Group since December 2022, Konstantin has held prominent roles such as Chief Executive Officer of Salym Petroleum Development and Gazpromneft-Vostok, where significant production increases were achieved under their leadership. Prior positions include Vice President of Economic and Finance at JSC Oil and Gas Company Slavneft, Deputy General Director of Economic and Finance at SeverEnergia, and key financial roles at McKinsey & Company and Osnova Concern.
