Leonid Matveets

Leonid Matveets is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, mergers, and acquisitions. Currently serving as Director in the Strategy and M&A department at Eurasian Resources Group since October 2017, Leonid was promoted from Senior Manager. Prior roles include Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Associate Loan Officer at the European Investment Bank, and Project Manager at Procter & Gamble, where Leonid was promoted from intern. Additional experience includes research at EERC/Kyiv School of Economics and a Regional Manager position overseeing sales in South and Central Europe at Art Metal Furniture. Leonid's early career involved regional sales roles in various companies in Ukraine. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Financial Economics from the University of Houston, a Master's degree in Finance from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, and a Master's degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity from European University (Kiev).
