Hala Fadel

Hala Fadel is a managing partner at Eurazeo since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in investment and finance. Fadel serves as a board member of the MIT Corporation from June 2019 and was previously a partner at Leap Ventures from January 2015 to September 2022. Notably, Fadel led the launch of the Private Equity division at COMGEST while serving as a project leader for growth equity from January 2020 to May 2021. Fadel held the position of chair at MIT ReAct Hub from 2016 to 2021 and was a fund manager for Europe at Comgest from February 2002 to August 2014. Early career experience includes serving as a financial analyst in mergers and acquisitions at Merrill Lynch from June 1997 to August 1999. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from HEC Paris.
