Joan Cardona

Joan Cardona is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and academia. Currently, Joan serves as the Business Development Manager for Railway & Logistics at Eurecat - Technology Centre of Catalonia since February 2023 and has been a Managing Partner and Technical Manager at AV Enginyers since 2008. In the academic field, Joan has held the position of Associate Professor at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya since February 2017 and has a research background from the Acoustic and Mechanical Engineering Laboratory. Previous roles include Facilities Engineer at SUMMA and Researcher & Technological Promoter from 2002 to 2008. Joan's educational qualifications include ongoing MBA studies at thePower, a Master of Research in Acoustics and Vibrations from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and various engineering degrees from the same institution.
