Ishan Shukla

Ishan Shukla serves as the National Head of Direct & Institutional Sales at Eureka Forbes Ltd since November 2024. Previously, Ishan held various leadership roles at airtel from May 2015 to November 2024, including Vice President & Head of Direct to Customer, and General Manager & Head of Retail Business, where significant achievements included a record in walk-in conversion across 200+ retail stores. Other positions at airtel involved driving revenue, customer acquisition, and managing a diverse B2B product portfolio. Before airtel, Ishan's experience at Tata Docomo from July 2010 to May 2015 included leading national acquisition and capability-building initiatives, while the tenure at Sify Technologies Limited focused on enhancing market share in the Home Broadband segment in North India. Currently pursuing a Management Development Program in Strategy & Design at INSEAD, which commenced in 2020.
