Lydia Carson is the Vice President of Innovation Systems at Eureka! Ranch, where they focus on helping organizations implement Innovation Engineering practices for improved profitability and reduced risk. Prior to this, they founded and served as President & CEO of Balm Innovations, LLC from 2004 to 2020, and held leadership roles at the Arkansas Science & Technology Authority and the National Institute of Standards & Technology MEP. Lydia gained valuable experience as a Field Engineer at Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions and as a Product Development Engineer at Lexmark. They hold a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, an Executive MBA in International Business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and additional certifications in Strategic Foresight and Executive Development.
