Shawn Horner

Shawn Horner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and innovation within the engineering sector. From February 2021 to February 2024, Shawn served as the Vice President of Technology and Innovation for the Motion Systems Group at Parker Hannifin, leading global engineering and strategy development. Prior to this role, Shawn held several leadership positions at General Electric from March 2002 to June 2010, including Vice President of the Motion Technology Center and Vice President of Technology & Innovation for the Instrumentation Group, as well as roles in business and general aviation services, risk management, and specialty lighting. Shawn holds an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
