Ismet Gungor

Ismet Gungor is a seasoned professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Eureko Sigorta since December 2014. With a strong background in catastrophe insurance, Ismet held the position of General Coordinator at the Turkish Catastrophe Insurance Pool from January 2007 to August 2020 and served as a Board Member from August 2019 to August 2020. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering from ITU Maritime College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Risk Management from The College of Insurance, St. John’s University New York, complemented by studies at Harvard Kennedy School in 2009.
