Johan Lindman has extensive experience in various technical and managerial roles across multiple industries. They served as an able-bodied seaman at Stena Line and OSM early in their career, followed by positions as a repair technician and ventilationsmontör. Since 2011, they have been the owner of Grindab self-closing system and currently hold the position of Managing Director at Grindab AB while also serving as a technical consultant at XER management AB. Additionally, Johan has taken on project management and leadership roles at NKT and has been recognized as a member of the Board of Directors at MP HISS AB.
