Eric Seinsheimer

Eric Seinsheimer has extensive experience in the legal and regulatory field. Eric served as the Director of Legal (Americas) & US CCO at Eurex, where they were responsible for providing counsel for US business personnel in Chicago and Eurex executives, lawyers, and personnel worldwide. Eric also held the role of Vice President of Legal (Americas) at Eurex. Prior to their time at Eurex, Eric worked as an Attorney in the Legal Division of the Chicago Board Options Exchange and CBOE Futures Exchange. Eric was also a Special Counsel in the Division of Market Oversight at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Eric began their career as an Associate in the Securities Practice at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where they represented various clients in securities litigation matters. Eric also has experience as a Summer Associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP and as an Intern for the Honorable Ricardo M. Urbina at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Eric holds a position as Investment Banking Analyst at Wasserstein Perella and worked as a Summer Analyst at the same firm. Eric started their career as an Intern-Investigator at the Public Defender Service.

Eric Seinsheimer attended Landon, a school for which the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown. Following their time at Landon, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Studies from Yale University, studying from 1998 to 2002.
