Vassiliki Veliou

Vassiliki Veliou has extensive work experience in the finance industry. From 2006, they worked at Eurex where they held various roles, including Assistant Vice President focusing on clearing initiatives and Vice President in market structure. Vassiliki progressed to become Senior Vice President and then Head of Market Structure & Regulation. In 2011, they also had a brief role at Deutsche Börse.

Vassiliki Veliou pursued their education at Maastricht University from 1998 to 2006, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Business. During the same period, they also attended Universität Maastricht in the Netherlands and achieved a Master's degree in International Business, specializing in Finance and Strategy. After completing their formal education, Vassiliki obtained additional certifications, including the Eurex Trader Examination in October 2006 and the Certified Clearing Specialist certification in March 2012.
